Stress Relief is Self-Care for Caregivers

As our lives become swamped with various meetings, work, errands, children’s activities and parents now in need of health and living support, we the caregivers have pushed our Self-Care to the bottom of the list. Many of us are close to the breaking point and want to check out from everything. You feel helpless and don’t know when you lost yourself.

Now is the time to redirect your attention back to YOU!

We as caregivers are ready to make a change in our behaviors to help ourselves.

As you become more involved with giving care to yourself for relief from stress – peace, mental clarity, energy, health, and more balance, begins to rejuvenate your body. Part of giving self-care to yourself, you are creating a life of hope and a sense of more effectiveness in your life experience. To get to self-care as a caregiver your perspective has changed. How did that happen? Because your ultimate desire is to live to make a difference, not only in the people who you are caring for, but in every area of your life.

Tradition may have told you that to pay attention to self is selfish, but that is far from the truth. When you take care of self you are better able to take care of all your other duties more effectively.

I am here to help you give care to yourself. I will be with you as you step into these areas with intention. You don’t have to be alone or feel helpless to do anything about it. It can be done completely in tune with your rhythm of life.
